without any questions within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions exist:

2. Goods returned must be unused.
3. we Will not be accepted back to products bought "sell" season .
4. Obligation to display Order number.
Who pays the shipping costs ?
1. If you want to return a product because it does not fit following error occurred while booking or any other reason, you must bear the cost of shipping to us and additional shipping cost back to you (if you want a replacement).
2. Whether the product is faulty, damaged or not match your order, we will refund you the cost of shipping the product to us and send the product back to you at no cost.
What to do if I ordered arrived defective product?
1.Contact us through a return product tab at "My Account " or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and specify what problem the product.
2.If the product was sent to you damaged due to shipping or other reasons .the product and shipping amount will be credited (subject to display invoice shipping).
3. Based on your selection, we will credit you the product or send you a new identical product when shipping costs will be our responsibility.
4. If you do not find the same product in stock, we will offer you a similar alternative product or a complete refund.
