Up to 24 hours after payment confirmation mail we will be sent to the recipient with a greeting card code you wrote.

How many times i can use a gift card?

The card is reusable, there is no limit on the number of purchases on the card. Each purchase will decrease the amount required and if necessary, the system will notify you to add money for the completion of the acquisition.

What can you buy with a gift card?

With the card you can buy all the products on the site.

Is it possible to design a different email?

Currently it isnot possible to design a different email. If, however, you can send email to yourself and then add the coupon code you receive to an email or letter you design yourself

I received a gift card how to use it?

in the Email sent to you appears the Gift card code.this code must be entered in the appropriate box at the shopping cart page. if the code is valid a new line will appear in the "Order Summary" section , in this line card code will appear the gidt card Balance.
It is important to enter your card before entering the payment process.
Then complete the payment. If the card balance is not enough you will be transferred to the "Select payment method" to complete the missing amount.

 

Can I buy a more expensive value the value of my gift card?

Certainly, during the registration process and payment card will be checked if the card balance is not enoughyou will be transferred to the "Select payment method" to complete the missing amount.

How do I know how much money is left on the card?

Shipping & Returns

at "headscarf - on line" We belive that you should make orders of all products on our website without fear of a discrepancy or any other reason! Consequently, we allow you to return of goods
without any questions within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions exist:

2. Goods returned must be unused.

Who pays the shipping costs ?

4. If you do not find the same product in stock, we will offer you a similar alternative product or a complete refund.
